Team Practice on a Permanent Beast Hack Station

Parks, leagues and facilities with a permanent Beast Hack station can run a team practice as a rotation: players take two swings each, then move to the back of the line. A 24-minute plan covers warm-up, station rotation, contact work and a most-rotations game, so every player gets steady reps.

Sample 24-minute team rotation

For youth players: Adult supervision recommended for youth players. Follow all setup and safety instructions.

  1. 1. Easy Rotation Warm-Up

    4 min

Each player takes two half-speed swings, then rotates to the back of the line.

  2. 2. Station Rotation

    8 min

Two swings each, then rotate. The next hitter is ready before the ball settles.

  3. 3. Contact Ladder

    6 min

Eyes on the ball until the bat meets it. Coaches watch for square contact.

  4. 4. Most Rotations Game

    6 min
